Transparency for every pixel of the Tell&Go experience.

We use cookies and similar storage to keep you signed in and support your booking. If you accept optional tracking, we also measure site usage and advertising performance with PostHog, Google Analytics and Google Ads.

1. Types of cookies we set

Essential

Authentication tokens, session identifiers, and security cookies required for Supabase login, SupportTicket submissions, and rate limiting.

Retention: Session-based or up to 12 months

Preference

Stores language, currency, and travel interest filters you explicitly set. These improve recommendations across devices.

Retention: 12 months

Analytics

With your acceptance, PostHog measures site usage and records masked sessions on chat and property pages. Google Analytics and Google Ads measure visits, advertising performance and conversions. Campaign attribution may be stored in your browser.

Retention: Campaign attribution: 30 days. Google Analytics cookies: up to 2 years. Other analytics identifiers follow the configured provider retention.

2. Managing consent

Storage required for authentication, security, your shopping session and your consent choice stays available when you reject optional tracking. Optional analytics and advertising scripts load only after you accept. Rejecting or choosing essential-only stops this tracking; withdrawing an earlier acceptance clears our first-party analytics identifiers and reloads the page to unload the tracking scripts. It does not sign you out or cancel your booking.

Browser controls let you delete cookies or block future storage. Doing so may sign you out or degrade certain features (e.g., saved trip filters or offline-ready itineraries).

3. Compliance commitments

  • • GDPR (EU/EEA): You may request data access, correction, deletion, and restriction. Consent banners appear for non-essential cookies when you connect from the EU/EEA or UK.
  • • CCPA/CPRA (California): Tell&Go does not sell personal information. You can exercise access or deletion rights using our in-app privacy tools.
  • • LGPD (Brazil), PIPEDA (Canada), and other regional laws: We honour applicable rights and will provide requested data exports through the concierge desk.

4. Third-party services

Supabase supports authentication, Mapbox supplies maps, Stripe processes payments, and Resend delivers service emails. Optional measurement uses PostHog and Google’s analytics and advertising services, including tags managed through Google Tag Manager when configured. Provider-side data already collected before withdrawal is not erased by deleting browser storage; contact us for a data request.
